Good news: Your iX Developer 2.x license key works for iX Developer 3.x.
Note: iX Developer 3 is the software used to program X3 HMI panels running the OS3 operating system. Please be aware that iX Developer 3 does not support X2 HMI panels.

Includes bug fixes. Portrait mode is included. Please find details in the release notes online.
Note! All iX Developer 3.0 users must upgrade to version 3.1 for the iX App to run on X3 HMI panels. Make sure your HMI panels are always upgraded to the latest version of the firmware image to take advantage of all security updates and adjustments.
