Conveyor product tracking - CODESYS library
Description
This library with FB used to track products along a conveyor. Typically, a PECell will detect a product, and further down the conveyor we may need to check for a label, read a barcode. Ultimately, the product will reach a reject station.
Compatible with X2Control, BoX2Control and Nexto Xpress devices with embedded CODESYS runtime.

This library is used to track products along a conveyor. Typically, a PECell will detect a product, and further down the conveyor we may need to check for a label, read a barcode. Ultimately, the product will reach a reject station.
The block can manage 100 products in the ‘stack’ at any time. The encoder may well increment faster than the PLC scan, and will certainly ‘wrap’ after a time running.
The library file (*.compiled-library) can be installed to the CODESYS software on your PC and the FB be accessed as any block, please follow guidelines and description.
