- The reason for having two distinct firmware files lies in the advantages of using a firmware file that aligns with the existing Vendor Id of the GN-9287 device, whether it is 0x0000 or 0x05D4. This approach can eliminate the need to replace the device description (XML) within the programming tool, and thereby streamlining the process of upgrading firmware.
- This update is correcting the Watchdog issue.
- Please read attached instruction how to upgrade the ProfiNet IO node.
